What a beautiful time of year it is... the trees are changing color, leaves are starting to fall & crunch under foot when you take a walk, Halloween decorations are appearing, recipe books are coming down off the shelf as people start preparing their Thanksgiving menus, and children are all abuzz with plans for trick-or-treating.
